Introduction

The pages here are pretty much all a "work in progress" and are primarily for my own reference. Most of the pages are Debian or Ubuntu Linux related, but there is some gadget and home cinema stuff too. If you find something useful, then that is a happy bonus :-)

This is a kit list for my stuff at home, as you will see from the specs, this is not a list for bragging rights ;-)

Server Stuff

I have two "servers" at home, one is a 10 year old desktop PC which I use to host my DNS, email and websites. The other is an NLSU2 which I use as a simple NAS. Both run Debian Etch 4.0, my favoured OS for servers.

Programming

I have contributed to several Open Source projects over the years, and even run a few of my own. Pretty much all my programming efforts are for work now, but occasionally I have a little dalliance outside of work. Any scripts, programs or notes can be found below. You'll probably find it useless ;-)
